Which age groups do you train?

All ages! Our team is excited to work with you or your team, no matter your age, sports background, or experience level. 

From young athletes to adults, there’s a place for you at Healthy Baller.

Do you offer group training or one-on-one sessions?

For our sports performance training and lacrosse skill programs, you can choose between personalized one-on-one sessions or group training. No matter your preference, we’ve got something for everyone.

Do I have to play lacrosse or basketball to join your performance training?

You don’t have to. While we work with a lot of lacrosse and basketball athletes, we train athletes from every sport across the board. All that matters to us is that you have the drive to become a better, more confident, and more well-rounded athlete.
