Many young athletes make the mistake of overtraining in anticipation of their freshman season. At HealthyBaller, we focus on managing their training volume, so they head into their upcoming season feeling healthy and confident.
For every college-bound athlete we create an all-inclusive training program that addresses the requirements of their specific college workout packet, in addition to challenging them to become well-rounded athletes.
Each athlete will be tested before they begin the College Prep program.
