Frequently asked questions

What’s included in your team training programs?

Our team training is a mix of movement prep, speed drills, power exercises, strength training, and conditioning that are specific to the needs of the group and the demands of their sport—all designed to improve your team’s performance and keep everyone firing on all cylinders.

We can take as many as you have! Typically, one coach works with up to 15-20 players to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine. Once your group hits 20 players or more, we recommend adding a second coach to keep the training organized and effective.

Absolutely! In these cases, we usually spend 30-45 minutes with the athletes, focusing on movement quality, speed, injury risk reduction, and overall conditioning.
