With his considerable humor and knowledge, Coach Wes makes the hour both physically challenging and mentally stimulating. He switches up the workouts while seamlessly entertaining us with a question of the day, new playlist, or testing out words from his newest language learned. Coach Wes keeps track of any current injuries we might have to modify the workout and always asks how our kids are doing with their own sports and life endeavors. Most importantly, Coach Wes cares about us – he is the best!
