What age groups is your lacrosse training suitable for?

Our training is open to any and all ages. However, for our OPEN groups, we take anyone from 5th grade and up! If you’re interested in playing, we’ve got a training program for you.

Yes! We have training options for all preferences. If you have a specific goal you’re working towards that needs undivided attention, or if you’d prefer the high energy of a bigger group setting, we can make it happen.

These sessions are reserved for current clients and a limited in their availability.

Definitely! Whether it’s with friends, teammates, or a group of athletes looking to get better together, we’re happy to customize sessions to fit your needs.

Our open lacrosse groups are drop-in based and organized by position—offensive, defensive, midfield, and goalie. This way, you can focus on your specific role and improve the skills that matter most to your game. You can sign up on a weekly basis when the schedule is released each Sunday evening.
