My kids have been training there for the last two years, and the difference we’ve seen in their athleticism and confidence has been incredible.

We’ve worked on shooting, dodging, and it’s just really heightened my situational awareness.

My son is a lacrosse goalie and injured his shoulder in April 2024. After two MRIs showing damage to the shoulder but no tear, the physical therapy recommended by our healthcare plan was ineffective in strengthening the shoulder and ameliorating the pain. It was only after I had my son begin working with Dr. Grasso that the situation improved. Pete is a former college baseball player and understands shoulder and other joint injuries in the context of high-level athletes, and he hand-crafted a rehabilitation plan for my son that paid dividends almost immediately. My son returned to the lacrosse field within six weeks of working with Dr. Grasso and was fortunate enough to make his school's varsity team as a freshman the following year. I cannot recommend Pete and Healthy Baller enough!

Healthy Baller has been (and continues to be) a great addition to my son Chase's athletic performance regimen. His trainer Maddy has been awesome, focusing on all the relevant needs of a lacrosse player, challenging and pushing Chase in every exercise. Best of all, no workout is the same, she is always adding new exercises and movements to support peak performance. HIGHLY recommend HB and Maddy!!

Both of my daughters train at this location. My youngest is a pre-professional dancer who had knee pain. She went in for physical training with Gary Loggins, who was AWESOME! He was amazing to work with, very kind, flexible, and patient, and strengthened her body to the point that she no longer has the pain. Additionally, my oldest daughter is a D1 recruited lacrosse player who has been working with Matt Boyd for years. He has done an amazing job helping her add muscle and get stronger WHILE improving her speed and agility. The entire HB team is great. As an adult, I'm jealous of my kids every time they get to train here.
