In 2023, Healthy Baller was approached by Steve Kostorowski, owner and operator of Water Street Gym in Georgetown. He had a long-standing relationship with the Health Baller team—watching us train his kids’ lacrosse teams for years—and proposed we form a partnership.
The result? Healthy Baller Glover Park, our first Washington, DC location, was born, opening for business in March 2024! With Steve’s local expertise and our proven training methods, we’re excited to offer Glover Park athletes the same high-quality programs that have helped so many others reach their goals.

When I first came to see Gaby, I had a hamstring injury due to over training and putting a lot of stress on my legs. Gaby supported and encouraged me to take some necessary time to rest, which was is something that I was scared to do but it was so worth it.
