Many young athletes make the mistake of overtraining in anticipation of their freshman season. At HealthyBaller, we focus on managing their training volume, so they head into their upcoming season feeling healthy and confident.
For every college-bound athlete we create an all-inclusive training program that addresses the requirements of their specific college workout packet, in addition to challenging them to become well-rounded athletes.
Each athlete will be tested before they begin the College Prep program.

A 30 min evaluation with a physical therapist on our sports medicine staff to pinpoint any asymmetries the athlete may have, as well as which areas require focus to reduce the likelihood of injury.

Are you a graduating senior planning to play lacrosse or soccer in college Fall 2019? If so, this is THE BEST program for you.
When you step on campus your first impression on your coach and team will come down to how prepared you are physically and mentally. Men’s College Prep is an all encompassing program designed to train you hard and prepare you to perform your best. This includes speed work, strength training, conditioning, skill work and everything between to help you earn a starting spot at your respective college this fall. Make no mistake, you will work harder than you ever have, BUT the results will speak for themselves.

Are you a graduating senior or current college player planning to play lacrosse or soccer in college fall 2019? Heading into the 5th year, our Women's College Prep is an incredible opportunity to train with the best female athletes in the area.
This program’s high energy and competitive training sessions include speed work, strength training, conditioning, and skill work that have produced incredible results. Not only have those athletes gone on to pass their fitness test with flying colors, but most are earning playing time and the respect of their coaches as a result of their preparation.
At college level, every athlete on your team is a top high school player. If you join this program, you WILL gain the edge you need to separate yourself from the rest of your teammates at your respective college.
