Ian Thorne is a certified personal trainer who specializes in blending traditional strength training with advanced athletic development. Ian has coached both youth and adults—helping athletes prepare for races, sports competitions, and long-term performance goals.

A former collegiate track athlete at Wesley College, Ian served as team captain and was honored with the Shirley Wentworth Award for his outstanding leadership and ability to elevate those around him. He graduated with a degree in Exercise Science, solidifying his commitment to human performance and athlete development.

His background as both an athlete and a personal trainer shaped his coaching philosophy, which emphasizes self-belief, a passion for improvement, and staying in tune with the body physically and mentally. Ian is driven to create an inspirational learning environment where athletes and adults can grow, evolve, and confidently take on any challenge life presents.
