Dr. Pete Grasso PT, DPT

Pete was a multi-sport high school athlete and a collegiate baseball player at Salisbury University, where he was named a 1st Team All-American and Division III Baseball Player of the Year in 2017. He continued his baseball career in the United Shore Professional Baseball League as a starting pitcher, gaining valuable experience both on the field and in the gym. His time in professional sports helped shape his understanding of the physical demands of athletic performance and injury prevention.

After baseball, Pete pursued a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. He combines his athletic background with his passion for strength and conditioning to provide personalized, evidence-based care for his patients. Pete is dedicated to helping athletes and active adults of all levels reach their goals, improve performance, and reduce the risk of future injuries. His approach focuses on integrating rehabilitation with strength training to ensure lasting results.
