Gaby was a 3-sport athlete in high school, ran Track & Field at the University of Maryland, and is still a competitive runner. Her personal injury experiences and athletic career sparked her journey to physical therapy alongside a special interest in treating endurance athletes.
She is dedicated to her work and passionate about empowering her patients to help them reach their individual goals. She emphasizes performance-based injury prevention and rehabilitation through strength, mobility, and adequate recovery.
When I first came to see Gaby, I had a hamstring injury due to over training and putting a lot of stress on my legs. Gaby supported and encouraged me to take some necessary time to rest, which was is
something that I was scared to do but it was so worth it. Gaby helped me gain the strength and flexibility back in my hamstring. She also helped me gain the confidence to start pushing myself harder. Aside from being so helpful for my recovery, she has also been such a great person to spend time with, talk about my recruiting experience with, and just share my day with. I’m so grateful for all the help she has given me. 10 out of 10 physical therapy experience.

I started working with Gaby after pulling my hamstring playing tennis. She helped me regain strength in my leg and created a plan to prevent future injuries. Gaby had me back on the court quickly and even went to cheer
me on at my first match! I am so happy to have found such a knowledgeable and FUN physical therapist. I would recommend her to everyone.

Gaby got me back on the tennis courts quickly! When I first met her, I had terrible tennis elbow/forearm pain that was impacting my daily activities. I was distraught thinking that it was the end of my tennis season. Gaby
gave me strengthening and stretching exercises that improved my mobility almost immediately. She made the sessions fun and engaging as she gave me motivation to keep working hard. I highly recommend her as a knowledgeable and professional physical therapist!

Coming into physical therapy with Gaby as my therapist, I was starting my track season, experiencing dreadful pain in my hips that had occurred for over a year due to a previous injury. Gaby is the only physical therapist I’ve
worked with that successfully helped me gain lasting and satisfying results. Upon meeting Gaby, she immediately established a comforting foundation - allowing me to inform her of the problem so we could quickly act accordingly. Throughout working with her, I was always updated on progress which made me feel comfortable the entire therapy session. Not only did Gaby instruct me through different exercises to do while at physical therapy, but she also provided me with exercises that I was able to do at home, ensuring that I could still strengthen and advance my mobility outside of the physical therapy workspace. After working with Gaby, I was able to run the rest of my track season without any pain or discomfort and was even able to hit new personal records. She’s truly a life saver!

Following my ACL surgery, I have had to re-learn a lot of things like running, jumping, sprinting, and even skipping. For the first 10 months, I had basic physical therapy. A couple of months before I was due to return
to wrestling, I still wasn’t feeling ready and was very worried that I wouldn’t make it. I was then recommended to Healthy Baller, a physical therapy center that specializes in getting athletes strength and technique back so that they could return to sport. I went in for my initial testing and my results were not great and I knew it was still going to be a long journey. I worked with Dr. Gaby Go to gain my strength, mobility, and confidence to return to sport. I am now wrestling because of her. She has pushed me and helped me in every session that we have had. She pushes me past the point of what I think I can do and always encourages me to do better. The best thing is she always has a smile on her face and makes each session fun. I am very grateful to have had her as my PT specialist and I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn't for her.

I had been dealing with calf pain for months every time I tried to run. That pain eventually led to me getting out of shape because I couldn’t run for more than a few minutes. I’m part of the Army
National Guard and need to be able to run. I came to Gaby when I couldn’t resolve the issue myself. Gaby is very thorough with her examination. She paid close attention to every minute move I made and took not only a specific approach to my calf problem but also a global approach and addressed other areas of weakness as well. I received some of the best care possible from her. Gaby follows up constantly with me and is a huge supporter. Through working with her, I was able to get back to running problem free and return to doing things I love such as playing recreational sports. I just recently passed my PT test for the NG without any issues. I would be in really bad shape if it wasn’t for Gaby. She is truly dedicated to her patients!
