Austin is a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach from Salem, Virginia. He attended Ferrum College, where he played on the men’s lacrosse team, and began his training career working as a trainer at the on campus gym. After earning his bachelor’s degree in exercise science, Austin started coaching at North Cross, a private school in Roanoke, Virginia. He spent four years there as the strength and conditioning coach and assistant lacrosse coach, while also coaching for the travel lacrosse team Valley Select.
Austin has had a passion for athletics since a young age, playing sports like football, baseball, and basketball before picking up lacrosse in high school. Now, as a performance coach at Healthy Baller, his goal is to provide an outstanding training experience for athletes of all levels. Austin’s ultimate goal is to help athletes improve their skills on the field while also developing discipline and a strong work ethic off the field.
