Are you a high school basketball player looking to take your game to the next level? Are you a college player who wants to get to campus in the best shape possible?

If you consider yourself a REAL HOOPER, then this is the BEST summer training program for you!

Every session will consist of quality movement speed, footwork, explosiveness, strength and conditioning work that will be directly translatable onto the basketball court. The work we put in won’t always be easy, but the results will ALWAYS be worth it
