Lacrosse Skill Sessions with Holy Child/MC Elite Coach Karly O’Brien

Lacrosse lessons are catered to dedicated, female lacrosse players who are looking to improve their game. We will work together to create a plan to enhance strengths and eliminate weaknesses. Depending on the individual or small group, we can focus on improving any combination of stick skills, shooting, dodging or defensive skills. One- on- one or small group lessons can be a great way to practice more,, improve skills and increase confidence. Individual or group skill sessions meet for either 30 minutes or 60 minutes.

Soccer Skill Sessions with Ex-Pro Candace Chapman

If you are a player who is excited to learn and driven to always improve, then our program is the one for you. Elite player or novice, whether you would like a general assessment or have a specific aspect of the game you would like to work on, a custom program will be created for you. Individual or small group sessions are available. 

  • If you are considering Candace as a coach/trainer, just do it! Candace's background/experience speaks for itself. But what I can attest to is her professional and encouraging demeanor and ability to immediately analyze and provide correction. In one hour, Candace was able to provide instruction/correction on different aspects of my daughter's technique which had immediate impact on her play. In addition, Candace was able to immediately connect and hold a conversation with my daughter - totally priceless! My daughter plays at a very elite level and has had many, many private and small group trainers. Candace is the top!
